摘    要:新型非补燃深冷液化空气储能发电系统是一种具有广阔应用前景的能量型储能方式。首先,综述了非补燃式压缩空气储能技术的发展、应用及研究现状。其次,围绕空气净化及压缩、空气液化、储热、蓄冷及膨胀发电五个子系统,简要介绍了10 MW级非补燃深冷液化空气储能发电系统的技术原理、工艺流程、运行模式及各子系统功能,并对各主要设备的工程化研制进展进行了详细的分析,包括主要功能、特殊工艺设计要求、工艺设计参数及生产制造现状等。最后,对系统工程化应用面临的技术问题进行了总结,提出了后续的发展方向和研究重点。

Abstract:Power generation system based on liquid air energy storage technology without supplemental combustion is one of the most promising energy-usage energy storage technologies.Firstly,the development,application and research status of compressed air energy storage technology without supplemental combustion are reviewed.Secondly,a 10 MW power generation which comprises air purification,air compression,air liquefaction,thermal storage and power generation is described together with the technology principle,the process flow diagram,the operational mode and the function of each subsystem.Then the development of industrial application of main equipment is analyzed in detail,including the main functions,the special process design requirements,the process parameters and the manufacturing status.The paper concludes with a discussion on the potential problems of the requirements for the commercial scale,and the development direction and research emphasis of the power generation system based on liquid air energy storage technology without supplemental combustion are put forward.
