摘    要:为了解决机载单元结构振动疲劳和耐久性问题,文中阐述了随机振动疲劳寿命频域分析法和Miner 线性损伤理论,并基于随机振动疲劳寿命频域分析法,使用nCode DesignLife 软件对某机载单元进行了随机振动疲劳仿真分析,验证了该机载单元结构在随机振动激励下的可靠性,可为机载产品的随机振动疲劳分析提供指导。

Abstract:To solve the problem of random vibration fatigue and durability of the airborne unit, the random vibration frequency domain analysis methods and Miner linear cumulative damage theory are described. Random vibration fatigue simulation analysis of an airborne unit is carried out by nCode DesignLife software based on frequency domain analysis methods, which verifies the reliability of the airborne unit in the random vibration.It can provide guidance for the random vibration fatigue life analysis of similar products.
