摘    要:采用仿真和试验的方法对机载电子设备安装架在随机振动条件下的优化设计进行了研究。首先,采用静力等效思路将随机振动载荷转化为静载荷,对安装架在静载荷下进行拓扑优化。接着,基于拓扑优化结果进行了模型设计和动力学仿真分析,分析结果表明,在保证优化后质量不高于原设计模型的条件下,优化后安装架的强度和刚度都有显著提高。最后,通过随机振动试验验证了该优化设计的可行性。

Abstract:In this paper, the optimization design of typical assembly frame of airborne electronics equipment under random vibration is studied by numerical and experimental methods. Firstly, the random vibration load is transformed into static load by the idea of static equivalence, and then the topology optimization is conducted for the frame under static load. Then, the model design and the dynamics simulation analysis are carried out based on the topology optimization results. The analysis results show that the strength and stiffness of the optimized frame are both improved significantly under the condition that the weight of the optimized frame is not larger than that of the original one. Finally, the feasibility of the optimization design is verified through random vibration test.
