摘    要:VoLTE批量放号之后,CS域和IMS域的互通话务越来越多。导致GMSC和MGCF的容量利用率激增,成为放号阶段最严重的网络容量瓶颈。根据历史统计数据,得出有效VoLTE用户转化率。然后根据转化率、本地话务模型、设备软硬件license特性,精确分析批开过程中的网络资源状况。当GMSC和MGCF设备容量利用率过高、可能影响业务时,采用紧急分流方案,把业务临时疏通到同一个GMSC SERVER或者MGCF下面的其它MGW。通过MGCF和GMSC网元融合可以更彻底的解决这个问题。本文结合实际工作介绍了两种比较常用的融合方案:仅GMSC Server替换、GMSC Server和GMGW升级。前者主要用于华为关口局。后者主要用于爱立信关口局。

Abstract:In business promotion stage, the communication between CS domain and IMS domain is more and more. Resulting in a surge in capacity utilization of GMSC and MGCF, the most serious network capacity bottleneck in the release phase. According to the conversion rate, local traffic model, equipment hardware and software license characteristics, accurate analysis of the network resources during the batch process. When the capacity utilization of gmsc and MGCF equipment is too high and may affect the business, an emergency triage scheme is used to temporarily dredge the business to other MGW under the same GMSC server or MGCF. Through MGCF and Gmsc network element fusion can solve this problem more thoroughly. This paper introduces two kinds of common fusion schemes: only Gmsc server substitution, Gmsc server and GMGW upgrade.
