计算机水冷散热系统设计与实验研究

摘    要:文中针对计算机机箱风冷散热器散热能力不足影响到计算机运行流畅度和芯片使用寿命的问题,设计了军民两用电脑水冷系统,并研制了水冷台式计算机。通过对水冷散热计算机CPU在不同设定条件下进行的实验与仿真,得知空气温度、水温、机箱风扇转速和泵功率对其散热效果的影响,并建立了相应的流量和热阻、压降的关系。通过一年多的样机实验发现,器件温度受环境温度影响较大,水冷器件受水流速度影响较大,而风扇转速对各种器件散热的影响都较小。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the air-cooled radiator used by computer affects the smooth running of the computer and the service life of the chip, a water-cooling system for both civil and military application is designed and a water-cooled desktop computer is developed. The effect of air temperature, water temperature,the rotation speed of chassis fan and the pump power on heat dissipation of the water-cooled computer CPU is obtained by experiment and simulation under different setting conditions. In addition, the relationship between flow rate and heat resistance, pressure drop is established. Through prototype experiments for more than one year, it is found that temperature of the devices is greatly affected by the environment temperature and the water-cooled device is greatly affected by the flow rate of water, while the rotation speed of fan has little effect on the heat dissipation of various devices.
