模块化在某雷达天线结构设计中的应用

摘    要:模块化设计可有效提高产品设计效率,缩短产品设计周期,降低生产成本,并使设计经验得以有效传递和继承,以利于进一步提升产品的核心竞争力。文中以某相控阵雷达天线阵面结构设计为例,围绕天线阵面的轻量化设计、热设计、天线阵面内部单机互联等几方面,运用模块化设计技术,从雷达天线的设计方案到模块组件的形成介绍了模块化设计的基本设计思路和应用。

Abstract:Modular design can effectively improve the product design efficiency, shorten the product design cycle reduce production cost, make the design experience transferred and inherited and thus is conducive to enhance the core competitiveness of the products. In this paper the basic design idea of modular design and applications are introduced with modular design technology from the design scheme of radar antenna to the for mation of modular components, with the structure design of a phased array antenna array taken as an example and the lightweight design, thermal design and internal unit interconnection of the antenna array involved.
