某钼矿破碎系统改造设计与生产实践

摘    要:介绍了某钼矿破碎系统改造设计与生产实践。通过现场勘查,结合类似矿山实践经验,选择了增加高压辊磨系统的方案,并考虑了高压辊磨检修时破碎系统的灵活性。改造前,选矿厂规模为14 400 t/d,改造后碎矿系统规模为24 000 t/d,所采用的改造工艺流程设计合理,设备选型正确,工业实施后顺利达产达标。

Abstract:The Thesis introduced engineering design on crushing system upgrading and production practice of certain Mo Mine. HPGR system has been selected through site investigation and operational practice of similar mines. Meanwhile, flexibility of the crushing system during overhaul of HPGR has been considered as well. Concentrator capacity before upgrading is 14,400 t/d, and the capacity will increase to 24,000 t/d after upgrading.The process flow is rational and sizing of equipment appropriate,industrial production standards are obtained successfully after the implementation.
