摘    要:采用噪声抵消及多重功耗优化技术,提出了一种超宽带低噪声低功耗放大器。它主要包括采用RL网络的共栅输入级、电流复用型噪声抵消级、放大输出级以及偏置电路四个部分。验证结果表明,该放大器,在2-6GHz频带内,增益(S21)可以在14dB以上;输入回波损耗(S11)小于-10dB;输出回波损耗(S22)小于-25dB;噪声系数(NF)小于3.2dB;在3.8V的工作电压下,功耗仅为14mW。

A UWB-LNA based on noise cancellation and multiple power optimization
Abstract:A ultra wideband, low noise and low power amplifier is proposed by employing noise cancellation and multiple power optimization techniques. It mainly includes four cell circuits: the common gate input stage with the RL network, the current reuse noise cancellation stage, the amplifier output stage and the bias circuit. The results show that from 2 to 6GHz, it has the gain (S21) of more than 14dB; the input return loss (S11) of less than -10dB; the output return loss (S22) of less than -25dB; the noise figure (NF) of less than 3.2dB, and the power consumption is 14mW under the operation voltage of 3.8V.
