改性粉煤灰催化非均相Fenton法降解某选矿废水COD

摘    要:广东某硫铁矿选矿废水COD偏高,达到220mg/L,采用酸改性粉煤灰作为非均相Fenton氧化法的催化剂对该废水进行处理,实验结果表明:在pH为4,改性粉煤灰投加量20g/L,Fe<sub>2 </sub>投加量1.57mmol/L,H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>投加量9.43mmol/L,反应时间为40min时,废水中COD的去除率可达92%以上,取得了很好的降解效果。该法能够提高H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>的利用率,且反应时间较短,是一种有效的选矿废水处理方法。

Degradation study of a Beneficiation Wastewater COD by modifiedfly ash catalyzed heterogeneous Fenton method
Abstract:The beneficiation wastewater in a pyrite mine of Guangdong province with a high COD up to 220mg/L, by using acid modified fly ash as a catalyst for heterogeneous Fenton oxidation to treat this wastewater. The experimental results show that when pH at 4, modified fly ash dosage was 20g/L, Fe2 dosage was 1.57mmol/L, H2O2 dosage was 9.43mmol/L, reaction time was 40min, the removal rate of COD in wastewater can reach above 92%, it achieved a good degradation effect. This method can improve the utilization of H2O2 and the reaction time is shorter. It is an effective treatment method for the beneficiation wastewater.
