基于多源数据融合的配电网规划基础数据分析与应用平台研究

困扰配电网规划的主要问题包括基础数据收资和分析困难，规划项目管理无专业技术支持、完全依赖人工管理等，解决这些问题能够有效提升配电网规划工作成效，能更有效和针对性的从规划层面解决配电网运行问题。本文以贵州电网规划研究中心“配电网规划基础数据应用研究项目”的工程实践为基础，分析总结项目实践经验，论述了通过多源数据融合实现对配电网规划基础数据的全面、快速整合，提出了配电网规划基础数据分析及应用路线，其研究成果对提升配电网规划管理和技术有较大作用和意义。

Research on basic data analysis and application platform of distribution network planning based on multi-source data fusion

The main problems that puzzle distribution network planning include the difficulty of collecting and analyzing basic data, the lack of professional technical support in planning project management, and the complete dependence on manual management. Based on the engineering practice of "Basic Data Application Research Project of Distribution Network Planning" in Guizhou Power Grid Planning and Research Center, this paper analyzes and summarizes the practical experience of the project, discusses the realization of comprehensive and rapid integration of basic data of distribution network planning through multi-source data fusion, and puts forward the basis of distribution network planning. Data analysis and application routes, the research results of which play a greater role and significance in improving the management and technology of distribution network planning.
