一种移动式融冰装置的设计

摘    要:针对被广泛采用的直流融冰、人工除冰等融冰方法在非失电条件下不能使用的缺陷,本文提出一种移动式融冰装置的设计方案。该设计采用基于高压晶闸管地三相全控桥式整流电路作为整流器的主电路,利用多种过电压保护措施实现对功率单元的有效保护,通过优化控制系统设计使得装置输出电流连续可调,从而在装置工作可靠性的基础上实现稳定输出的满足设计对的融冰电流。通过仿真和测试表明,该装置能够在设计工作条件下连续稳定可靠地输出满足线路融冰要求的电流。

The Design of A Mobile Melting Device

Abstract:In this paper, a design scheme of mobile melting ice device is proposed in this paper aiming at the shortcoming of ice-melting method, which is widely used, such as dc melting ice and artificial ice, which can not be used in the non-loss condition. The design is based on high voltage thyristor three-phase fully-controlled bridge rectifier circuit as the main circuit of the rectifier, using a variety of over-voltage protection measures for the effective protection of the power unit, by optimizing the control system design makes the device output current continuously adjustable, which based on the reliability of the device working to achieve stable output meet the design on the melting ice of current. The simulation and test show that the device can output the current of the melting ice of the line continuously and reliably in the design working condition.
