摘    要:相控阵系统要求降低成本、提高集成度,对此,提出一种无连接器馈电的一体化相控阵天线集成方法。该方法采用微波多层印制电路板为载体,电路板正面安装集成电路,反面装配阵列天线,内层集成馈电网络和电源分配网络。阵列采用金属槽缝天线,同时满足电辐射和热传导功能。按此方法加工了接收阵列样件,给出了测试结果,验证了方案可行性。与传统阵列相比,本方法中天线和馈电网络互联,省去了大量连接器、射频电缆和机械 支撑背板,从而大幅降低了加工复杂度、简化了装配流程、缩小了系统体积、降低了系统成本。

Abstract:To reduce the cost and size of active phased array system, an integration method is developed, of which the feeding system requires no connector. The technology takes a single multilayer printed circuit board (PCB) as the assembly foundation, combines with ICs and antenna arrays mounted on the top and back side of the board,and with beam former networks, power distribution networks embedded in the internal layer. The machined notch structure, acts as both antennas aperture and cooling radiator. A prototype array is designed and tested, the experimental result verifies the validity of the proposed method. Research has shown that, the array does not require the traditional connectors, cables and other mechanical backplane. As a result, the manufacture process and assembly schedule are greatly simplified, and the size and cost are dramatically reduced.
