低频非密封电连接器密封防护工艺研究

摘    要:军用电子设备工作环境复杂多变,受潮湿、盐雾等因素影响,非密封电连接器易发生短路、断路故障,导致设备无法正常运行。为使军用电子设备在复杂环境中持续稳定运行,需要提高非密封电连接器的密封防护能力,避免电连接器发生短路故障。为此,文中以非密封圆形电连接器为例,通过分析非密封电连接器密封失效原因,提出了电连接器尾部灌胶、缠绕自融胶带两种非密封电连接器密封工艺方案,设计并实施了环境试验与电性能测试。经试验验证,文中所述非密封电连接器密封防护工艺方案密封效果良好,满足军用电子设备在复杂环境中的电气连接需求,具备易于操作特点,适于在产品研制过程中推广应用。

Abstract:Military electronic equipment usually works in complex and changeable condition. Under the influence of damp, salt-frog and other factors, the non-sealed electrical connectors are prone to short-circuit or circuit breakers, resulting in equipment exception. It is necessary to improve the sealing protection ability of the non-sealed electrical connectors, in order to stabilize the military electronic equipment. The low-frequency round connectors were taken as an analysis example of the low-frequency and non-sealed electrical connectors, and two kinds of seal protection methods, including sealant seal and winding self-melting, were put forward by analyzing the seal-failure reasons in this paper. It is verified by the environmental tests and the electrical performance tests that the sealing protection technology is well sealed and easy to operate. It satisfies the electrical connection requirements of the military electronic equipment which working in the complex environment and is suitable for the application in the process of product development.
