Design method of Readout Circuit for Large Format Array IRFPA

This paper presents a design method of intelligent readout circuit, which can be used for large format array IRFPA. The readout circuit has the functions of amplification, readout, on-chip A/D conversion and intelligent control. The paper mainly introduces the structure of the array circuit, the working principle of the core circuit, the simulation method and results of the circuit.Based on the layout design, tape-out and performance test of the array readout circuit, an intelligent readout circuit for large format array IRFPA with a size of 128x128 is obtained.
