基于因子分析法的西部地区社会发展水平综合评价

综合评价西部地区的社会发展水平有利于形成有效的社会发展竞争机制，推动西部地区社会有序均衡和健康发展。建立了西部地区社会发展水平综合评价的指标体系,并运用因子分析法对西部地区12个省区市的社会发展水平进行了定量测度和排序。通过比较西部地区的社会发展水平综合评价得分发现：内蒙古、重庆、四川和西藏排名靠前，是社会发展水平相对较高的地区；宁夏、陕西、云南和新疆位于中间位置，广西、青海、贵州和甘肃排名靠后，社会发展水平相对较低。进一步分析发现，西部地区社会发展水平与经济发展状况密切相关，且由于各省区市内部的差异性使其社会发展的非均衡性特征明显。

Comprehensive Evaluation of Social Development Level in Western China Based on Factor Analysis

Comprehensive evaluation of the social development level in western China isbeneficial to the formation of effective social development competition mechanism, and canpromote the orderly, balanced and healthy development of the western region. In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation index system of social development level in western Chinais established, and the social development level of 12 provinces, autonomous regions andmunicipalities in western China is quantitatively measured and ranked by factor analysismethod. By comparing the comprehensive evaluation scores of social development levelin western China, it can be found that Inner Mongolia, Chongqing, Sichuan and Tibetrank the top and are relatively high level of social development. Ningxia, Shanxi,Yunnanand Xinjiang are located in the middle, Guangxi,Qinghai,Guizhou and Gansu are rankedbackward, and the level of social development is relatively low. Further analysis shows thatthe level of social development is closely related to the economic development in westernChina, and because of the differences within the provinces, autonomous regions andmunicipalities, the non equilibrium characteristics of social development are obvious.
