摘    要:介绍了2017年国际大电网会议(CIGRE)都柏林研讨会会议概况和主要技术动态,论述了各专题论文内容,包括会议关注的几个方面:自适应市场设计、基于资源与技术变化组合的电力系统技术性能、配电系统运营商(DSO)和输电系统运营商(TSO)之间的协调、输配电架空线路、输配电网络动态稳定性、电力系统运行稳定性和供电可靠性改进等。这些专题反映了电力系统领域的当前国际学术前沿动态和热点技术问题。

Abstract:This paper introduces the general situation and main technical trends of CIGRE Dublin Symposium 2017, and discusses the papers of each session. The meeting focused on several key aspects including: adaptable market designs, power system technical performance in light of the changing mix of resources and technologies, coordination between distribution system operators(DSOs)and transmission system operators(TSOs), transmission and distribution overhead lines, dynamic stability of transmission and distribution network, improvement of power system stability and power supply reliability. These sessions reflect the current international academic frontiers and important technical issues in the field of power system.
