摘    要:为了选育新疆核桃坚果综合品质优良的核桃品种,研究温185和新新2号核桃及后代坚果饱和脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸含量,为核桃优良品种栽培及推广提供理论基础。采用索氏抽提法、气相色谱法,测定温185和新新2号核桃及后代坚果中10种脂肪酸组成成分及含量,分析新疆阿克苏核桃实生后代坚果脂肪酸相关指标的变异情况。温185坚果脂肪质量分数为68. 11%,它的实生后代的均值为64.62%,其中温185坚果仁的多不饱和脂肪酸占69. 70%,其实生后代的占72. 39%。新新2号坚果脂肪质量分数为66. 55%,它的实生后代的均值为66.48%,其中新新2号坚果仁的多不饱和脂肪酸占71.01%,其实生后代的占70.95%。新疆温185、新新2号两个核桃品种实生后代脂肪酸含量相对丰富,这为品种改良尤其是高含量的多不饱和脂肪酸的选择性育种提供了良好的种质资源。

Comparison of Fatty Acid Contents in Nuts of Wen 185, Xinxin No.2 Walnut and Its Offspring
Abstract:In order to select walnut varieties with excellent walnut quality in Xinjiang, the saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid contents of nuts of Wen185 and XinXin No. 2 walnuts and their offspring were studied to provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation and popularization of walnut varieties. Soxhlet extraction and phase chromatography were used to determine the composition and content of 10 fatty acids in walnuts of Wen 185 and Xinxin No. 2 and their offspring nuts. The variation of fatty acid related indicators in nuts of Akesu walnuts was analyzed. Wen 185 nut fat mass fraction of 68.11%, its average value of the offspring is 64.62%, of which Wen 185 nut kernel polyunsaturated fatty acids accounted for 69.70%, in fact, 72.39% of offspring. Xinxin No. 2 nut fat mass fraction was 66.55%, and the mean value of its actual offspring was 66.48%. Among them, the polyunsaturated fatty acids of Xinxin No. 2 nut kernel accounted for 71.01%, and the actual offspring accounted for 70.95%. The walnut varieties of Wen 185 and Xinxin No. 2 were rich in fatty acid content, which provided good germplasm resources for variety improvement, especially the selective breeding of high content polyunsaturated fatty acids.
