碳化钨喷涂粉末在超音速火焰喷涂过程中的失碳研究

摘    要:失碳是影响碳化钨涂层性能的关键因素之一。本文分别以纳米碳化钨和微米碳化钨为原料制备了两种喷涂粉末,采用水冷法收集了超音速火焰喷涂过程中的粉末,并制备了对应的涂层。利用X射线衍射仪和X射线光电子能谱仪测量了水冷收集粉末和涂层的物相组成和表层的物相,采用高频燃烧红外吸收法测定了粉末和涂层中的碳含量。结果表明,喷涂过程中在粒子飞行过程中出现了W_2C,在颗粒撞击后凝固阶段出现了Co_3W_3C。纳米碳化钨粉末的含碳量由5.13%降至喷涂过程中的4.93%,在涂层中的含碳量为4.67%,微米碳化钨含碳量由5.25%降至喷涂过程中的5.09%,在涂层中的含碳量为4.97%。

Abstract:Decarburization is the key factor affecting the properties of WC coating. In this paper, nano grain and micron grain WC were used as raw materials. Sprayed powers were collected by water cooling and the corresponding coating was prepared in the process of High Velocity Oxygen Fuel. X ray diffractometer and X ray photoelectron energy spectrum were used to measure the phase compositions of the water-cooled powder and coating. Infra-red absorption method was used to determine the content of carbon in the powder and coating. The experimental result indicated that during the spraying, the WC particles turned into W2C and after the impact, Co3W3C appeared in solidification moment. The carbon content of nano WC powder reduced from 5.13% to 4.93% during spraying and at last lowed to 4.67% in the coating. The carbon content of micron WC powder reduced from 5.25% to 5.09% during spraying and at last lowed to 4.97% in the coating.
