铝灰处理技术现状及展望

摘    要:阐述了铝灰的主要来源、种类、性质及对环境的影响,从有价元素回收、资源化利用、铝灰处理工业化应用等方面分析归纳了铝灰处理进展。结合我国铝工业区域性集中发展特征及当前铝灰处理过程中存在的问题,指出其未来发展方向有以下几点:由低效、分散利用向高效、规模利用;开发低成本无害化处理技术或高附加值资源化技术;加强工程装备开发和提高产业化水平。

Abstract:Source, types, properties and effects on environment of aluminum dross were analyzed. Research progress of aluminum dross was reviewed in terms of recovery of valuable elements, resource utilization and industrialization. Development trend of aluminum dross treatment technology is prospected according to development characteristics of aluminum industry and issues in disposal process, including transformation from inefficient and decentralized utilization to efficient and scale utilization, development of economic innocent treatment technology or recycling technology with high value-added products, and development of engineering equipment to improve industrialization level.
