机械密封中的O 形密封圈设计研究

O 形密封圈是应用时间最长的密封形式之一,因其结构简单、制造成本低,是工业上应用最为广泛的密封形式。O 形密封圈在机械密封中的应用与其他的密封工况存在一定的差异,即在设计中既要考虑密封性能,还要考虑对机械密封性能产生的影响。文中对O 形密封圈在使用过程中产生的摩擦力进行详细分析,指出在机械密封中O 形密封圈设计需要关注的内容,并提出设计建议。

Study on Design of O-ring Used in Mechanical Seal

The O-ring is one of the sealing forms with longest application time. The structure of O-ring is simple and the manufacturing cost of O-ring is low. Therefore, it is one of the most widely used sealing forms.The application of O-ring in mechanical seal is different from other uses of seals. Not only the sealing performance but also the influence on the performance of mechanical seal should be considered in the design. The friction of the working O-ring is analyzed in detail. The design contents needing attention for the O-ring in mechanical seal are presented and some design suggestions are proposed.
