摘    要:由于复杂小内孔零件的结构限制,进行等离子喷涂加工时存在喷涂死角、遮蔽效应及零件与转台旋转时同心度差等问题,易造成镍铝钨涂层厚度不均匀、疏松、开裂、结合力差,在后续涂层机械加工过程中也易出现表面粗糙度大、裂纹、脱落等缺陷,成品率较低。本文采用自动化等离子喷涂工艺在某复杂小内孔零件内表面进行镍铝钨涂层制备,对喷涂夹具、喷涂路径、喷涂工艺参数以及涂层后续机械加工方法等工艺因素造成涂层质量波动的影响规律进行了探索,进而对核心工艺因素进行了优化,得到了较高的成品率,满足了实际生产要求。

Abstract:Due to the structural limitation of complex small inner hole parts, there are some problems in plasma spraying such as dead angle, shielding effect and poor concentricity when parts rotate with turntable, which easily lead to uneven thickness, porosity, cracking and poor adhesion of nickel-aluminum-tungsten coatings, and surface roughness in subsequent coating machining process. Defects such as large, cracked and shedding are low yield. In this paper, nickel-aluminum-tungsten coating was prepared on the inner surface of a complicated small inner hole part by automatic plasma spraying technology. The influence of spraying fixture, spraying path, process parameters and subsequent mechanical processing methods on the quality fluctuation of the coating was explored, and then the core process factors were advanced. After optimization, higher yield is obtained and the actual production requirements are satisfied.
