摘    要:基于空间径向波导中心对称结构,进行了一般理论分析,结合理论分析对24路空间功率合成器及背靠背功率分配/合成器进行了电磁场软件仿真。考虑实际测试方便,根据仿真计算结果进行了功率分配器与合成器背靠背一体化样件加工,并进行了测试,测试结果显示,工作带宽为22-27GHz,相对带宽大于24%,插入损耗最大为1.6dB,回波损耗小于15dB。测试结果与仿真计算结果基本一致。该功率合成器不仅具有较宽的工作带宽,而且还具有插入损耗低,功率容量较高等优点,另外,该功率合成器体积小,结构紧凑,容易加工,在未来高功率雷达、电子对抗及微波通信等应用领域有着很好的应用前景。

The Design of Wide-band Microwave Power Combiner Based on 24-Way
Abstract:A kind of microwave power combiner based on 24-Way radial waveguides has been designed with theory analysis and EM simulating in the paper. The sample has been produced and assembled according to the dimension of back-to-back microwave power combiner/divider. Through measuring, the result show that the work-band is 22-27GHZ and the relative band comes to 24%, max insert-loss 1.6dB, min return-loss 15dB. The result of measuring is the same with simulating entirely and comes to our expectation. The power combiner not only has a wide bandwidth, but also low insert-loss, high power-capacity. In addition, it has the merits of volume of small, structure of compact and product easily. It will have a good perspective in high-power radar, electronic countermeasure and microwave communication application area.
