摘    要:用等体积浸渍法制备了用于乙烯经乙酰氧化合成乙酸乙烯的Pd Au KAc/SiO2 催化剂 ,对反应条件进行了研究。结果表明 ,适宜的反应温度为 14 0~ 14 2℃ ,进料氧与乙酸的摩尔比分别为 5 %~ 6 % ,11%~ 13% ;对空速、反应压力及活性组分分布、助催化剂、活性组分晶粒大小以及异形化催化剂对反应的影响也进行了研究。

Abstract:A series of Pd Au KAc/SiO 2 catalysts were prepared by equal volume impregnation method, and were used in synthesis of vinyl acetate through vapor phase acetoxylation of ethylene. The advantageous reaction conditions were found as follows: reaction temperature 140142 ℃, concentrations of O 2 and HAc in feed gas are 5%6%, 11%13% respectively. The influences of various conditions on the catalytic performance, such as pressure, space velocity, distribution of active components, promotor and abnormally shaped catalysts were studied also.
