摘    要:对2205双相不锈钢-16MnR复合板的力学性能和有害沉淀相的腐蚀率进行测试,研究不同热处理工艺对复合板力学性能的影响。结果表明,2205双相不锈钢-16MnR爆炸复合板经不同工艺退火后,其抗拉强度和屈服强度大于490 MPa和325 MPa,大于爆炸态时的强度;其断后伸长率和0℃时冲击值比爆炸态均提高;其腐蚀率最大值为1.15 mg/dm2.d(mdd),符合ASTM A923标准要求。

Abstract:The effect of different heat treatments on properties of the 2205 duplex stainless steel (2205DSS)-16MnR steel clad plates were investigated through the mechanical properties test and the corrosion rate examination.The results show that the tensile strength and yield strength of the annealing plates are over 490 MPa and 325 MPa respectively,more than that of the explosive state.The elongation and impact property at 0 ℃ of the annealing plates are also over that of the explosive state. The maximum corrosion rate is 1.15 mg/dm~2·d(mdd) which accorded with the ASTM A923 standard.
