基于TEAMS的机载燃油测量系统测试性设计

摘    要:开展测试性分析与故障诊断策略设计是测试性设计工作的重要组成部分,在充分研究多信号模型的基础上,对机载燃油测量系统的组成原理及工作流程进行了深入分析,运用TEAMS软件系统对该系统进行了测试性建模与分析,并对系统的测试性进行了改进,提高了系统的测试性指标,为系统测试性设计提供了方法指导。

Abstract:Testability analysis and fault diagnosis strategy is an important part in the design for testability. After the multi-signal model has been fully studied, we firstly carry on in-depth analysis to the principle of composition and workfiow which belong to the airborne fuel measurement system, Then we carry out a series of analyses and modeling of testability based on TEAMS, improve the testability as well, which accordingly can optimize the test index and provide guidance for testability analysis.
