基于数字校园的工作流系统设计

随着工作流技术的发展,工作流技术的应用领域日益广泛,通过与数字校园业务系统相结合能够提高工作效率。一般来说,数字校园主要通过构建工作流系统的方式引入工作流技术。数字校园工作流系统能够实现对校园业务流程的管理,提高校园办公效率。该文针对数字校园业务的特点,设计了工作流系统的整体结构,实现了业务流程的运转。通过在数字校园构建工作流系统,能够使业务流程在多个不同的部门或应用系统之间实现无缝集成,从整体上实现业务处理和信息共享。

The Workflow System Design Based on Digital Campus

With the development of workflow technology,workflow technologies are being increasingly used,the workflow technology and the digital campus service fusion can improve the work efficiency.In general,the workflow technology was introduced through the construction of workflow system in digital campus.The workflow system can realize the management of the campus business flow and improve the business efficiency.Based on the digital campus business characteristics,this paper designed the workflow system structure,realized the business process operation.Through the introduction of the workflow system on digital campus,enabling business processes achieve seamless integration between systems in different departments and applications,to achieve the business process and sharing information on the whole.
