玻璃结壳技术在鼓泡器更换中的运用

摘    要:鼓泡器对玻璃液的均匀性和消除微气泡有很大帮助,因鼓泡器在玻璃窑炉中使用较少,更换经验不足。现有直接将鼓泡器拉出的方法,危险性极高,成功率低。我公司利用玻璃在低温凝固、高温熔化的原理,保证玻璃液不会外流,使整个更换过程可控,危险性消除,成功率提高。

Abstract:The bubbler contributes a lot to homogenizing glass melt and removing blister in glass melt . However the current operation of bubbler, such as directly drawing out the bubbler from glass melt, is high risk and low success owing to lack of experience . In this article a safe and high success operation procedure was described based on the glass-melt characterization of solidification at low temperature and liquefaction at high temperature , therefore the replacement process of bubbler is controllable and the drain-out of glass-melt is avoided.
