混合流动气体腐蚀试验探讨

摘    要:气体腐蚀防护对电子产品的电性能及可靠性具有至关重要的影响。混合流动气体腐蚀试验,是一种评估电子产品材料和元器件的抗腐蚀能力的有效手段。该文基于Yamasaki制造的GH-180型气体腐蚀试验设备,探讨了一些种类的气体腐蚀的作用机理和影响试验结果的一些因素,重点分析了试验过程的关键要点,以保证试验的连续性、准确性和安全性。

Abstract:Gas corrosion protection plays an important role for performance and reliability of electronic products.Mixed flowing gas corrosion test is an effective means to evaluate the anti-corrosion ability of electronic products' material and components.Based on the type of GH-180 gas corrosion testing e- quipment made by Yamasaki,the paper discussed the action mechanism of some Kinds of gas corrosion and factors that infected the test result,and analysed the critical main points emphatically aimed at en- suring the continuity,accuracy and security of test.
