| 摘 要： | 薄玻璃广泛应用于各类显示器件中。其特点是容易进行化学钢化，以提高显示器玻璃的使用寿命。采用钢化玻璃表面应力仪、维氏硬度计等研究化学钢化玻璃性能，并对制备参数进行优化，达到使用目的。

| Abstract: | Thin glass is widely used in various types of display device.It is easily chemically tempered in order to improve the service life of the display.Performance of chemically tempered glass was researched by glass surface stress testing apparatus and Vickers hardness tester and then the preparing parameters were optimized to achieve the purpose of use. |
