基于汽车生产过程的质量管理控制

在产品的生产过程中，质量管理控制是产品提高质量的必要手段，也是产品提高竞争力的重要途径．但实现产品的质量管理控制却非易事。按照全面质量管理（TQM）的思想，要在不提高生产成本的条件下提高产品质量，即必须严格控制产品生产的全过程和影响生产的各种因素。对于汽车行业此建立—套可行的质量管理系统是首要的，从而管理控制。因，也就是汽车产品实现了质量管理控制。

Quality Management Control Based on the Automobile Production Process

In the process of production,quality control is the necessary means for product quality improve- ment,it is also the important way that enhances product competition ability,but the realization of product quality management and control is not easy.In accordance with total quality management （TQM）,the pro- duction cost should not be increased under the condition of improving the quality of products,namely,fac- tory must strictly control the entire process of production and the influence of the various factors of produc- tion.For the automotive industry,the quality control is especially important,therefore,to establish a set of ef- fective quality management system is the most important for automotive factory,and the car is implemented quality management by the system of quality management and control.
