Phase-noise Analysis of RF Channel

In modern communication and radar equipment,RF channel as a key module,Its performance has a direct impact on the overall performance of the equipment.Phase noise is an important perfor- mance indicators of the RF channel.It will directly affect the SNR and sensitivity of the communications and radar equipment.In this paper,it gave a detailed analysis about the phase noise source of the chan- nel and its physical meaning by establishing mathematical models of phase noise of the RF channel,Illustrate the importance of phase noise in the RF channel and the impact of the RF channel;And obtained the results by software simulation and physical testing.
