摘    要:浮法玻璃在锡槽复杂的气液固多相系统中成形,不可避免受到锡的污染,若玻璃下表面渗锡超标,在热处理会时因晶格膨胀而产生钢化虹彩,本文分析、列举了一些针对性措施,以减少锡液污染和锡离子的扩散,从而降低了玻璃下表渗锡量。

Abstract:Float glass is formed in tin bath with complex gas-liquid-solid multiphase system, thus inevitably it would be affected by tin pollution. If the tin penetrated into the lower surface of the float glass, it would have the bloom phenomenon due to lattice expansion in the process of being tempered .In this paper , we analysis and list some corresponding measures to reduce molten tin pollution and the spread of tin ions into lower surface of float glass.
