摘    要:光电型总辐射表由于响应时间快、体积小、价格低、光谱范围与光伏发电晶体硅光谱范围基本一致等特点,在太阳能资源观测与评估领域有较多的应用需求。为了保证光电型总辐射表的观测数据的准确可靠,需要对光电型总辐射表灵敏度进行校准。通过比较光电型总辐射表2种量值溯源体系,提出了适合于光电型总辐射表的量值传递图。根据光电型总辐射表的技术特点,详细阐述了光电型总辐射表的灵敏度校准试验方法及相应的数据处理方法。

Abstract:Due to fast response time, small size crystalline silicon, photovoltaic pyranometers solar energy resources. In order to ensure the low price, and the common spectral range of photovoltaic reach much demand for observation and evaluation of accuracy and reliability of observation data, photovoltaic pyranometers need to be calibrated. By comparison of two traceability system, traceability graphs suitable for photovoltaic pyranometer are put forward. According to the technical characteristics of photovoltaic pyranometer, test methods and data processing of sensitivity calibration is elaborated.
