摘    要:设计了一种电控可变波长的多气体红外传感器,此传感器包括电源电路、红外光源、测量气室、电控可变波长探测器(此探测器的探测波长会随着控制电压的变化而变化)、DA转换电路、电压控制电路、信号放大和滤波电路、AD转换电路、微处理器和信号输出模块组成。红外光源发出宽带的红外光,通过调节电压来改变探测器前面的法布里-伯罗腔滤光器的腔长,使不同气体的吸收峰的光被探测器接收,如甲烷、二氧化碳等,从而达到测量不同气体的目的。该系统采用先进的红外吸收光谱技术,具有测量气体可变、灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强、响应时间短等特点,同时由于信号和参考使用的是同一探测器,因而可以消除温度对探测器的影响及探测器失配等问题。

Abstract:A voltage control variable wavelength multiple gas infrared sensor is designed,which including power supply circuit,infrared light source, the measuring gas chamber, electric control variable wavelength detector (the detection wavelengths of the detector will change with the control voltage varying),DA conversion circuit,voltage control circuit, signal amplifier and filter circuit, AD transform circuit, microprocessor and signal output module. The infrared light source emit a broadband infrared radiation. Through adjusting the voltage we can change the cavity length of the FP filter in front of the detector. So the detector receive and measure different gas absorption peaks light, like methane, carbon dioxide, etc. The system adopts the advanced infrared absorption spectroscopy, which have some features like the measuring different gas,high sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability, short response time etc. And because the signal and reference using the same detector, they can eliminate the influence of temperature on the detector and detector mismatch.
