基于C8051F005的电感式电子柱测微仪设计

摘    要:针对目前电子柱测微仪存在的显示驱动电路复杂问题,以C8051F005单片机为核心,采用VHDL语言在Quartus II开发环境下利用CPLD设计了三色LED光柱驱动逻辑电路,实现了对被测件的测量与数字显示。该测微仪由激励信号发生电路、小信号处理、相敏检波、CPLD光柱驱动、数码管显示及键盘电路、通信模块等组成。整个设计简化了电路,经多次实验表明,提高了稳定性和检测效率,满足精密机械零件的尺寸测量精度要求,接口丰富,具有可扩展性,在精密零件测量领域中有较好的应用价值。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of complexity in the display driver circuit for Electronic column micrometer, a tri- color LED bar graph driver logic circuit with the core of C8051F005 MCU is designed by CPLD and VHDL in the Quartus II development environment,which makes the measurement with digital displaying for DUT. This micrometer is composed of excitation signal generating circuit, small signal processing circuit, phase sensitive detector circuit,CPLD light beam drive circuit, Seven-Segment LED display ; keyboard circuit and communication circuit. Repeated experiments show that the simplified design improves the stability and efficiency of detection and can reach the size accuracy requirements for precision machinery measurement. Furthermore, the design has great application in the measurement of precision parts for its rich interfaces and strong scalability.
