基于以太网VXI零槽控制器的VISA设计

摘    要:随着测试技术的发展,分布式网络化测量已成为一种新的趋势。为了组建基于以太网的VXI自动测试系统,针对网络接口VXI零槽控制器,在Windows平台采用C语言设计开发了1套虚拟仪器软件架构(VISA)库。VISA是虚拟仪器的标准函数库,为仪器资源的访问提供了统一的接口。首先介绍了基于以太网的VXI自动测试系统架构、VXI零槽控制器的硬件结构以及VISA的内部结构,之后重点阐述了VISA库数据结构的设计以及资源管理器和事件机制的实现。经过测试,设计的VISA库能够高效地操作VXI模块,符合VPP标准。

Abstract:As the development of technology, distributed measurement based on network has become a new trend. To build VXI automatic test system based on internet,a vlrtual instrument software architecture (VISA) library is designed with C language on Windows platform for VXI slot 0 controller. VISA is a standard library for virtual instruments, providing a unified interface to access and control instruments. This paper gives a brief introduction to automatic test system based on Internet,VXI slot 0 controller as well as internal structure of VISA, then focusing on data structure, the implementation of resource manager and event mechanism of VISA library. After test, the VISA library can manipulate VXI resources efficiently,conforming to VPP standard.
