基于AD8347直接正交变频接收机的设计

摘    要:该文通过分析目前广泛应用的雷达接收机的性能,介绍了一种直接正交下变频的雷达接收机的硬件实现方案。该方案采用ADI公司的直接正交解调器AD8347作为接收机下变频混频器,以模数转换器芯片AD7729作正交I/Q双通道数据采集,应用XILINX公司的spartan3系列FPGA作为综合控制并将采集后的I/Q双路通道数据通过USB总线上传到计算机做数据处理。系统以穿墙雷达为测试背景,通过实际硬件的调试,各个模块功能良好,可作为通用的零中频雷达接收机平台。

Abstract:By analyzing the performance of the currently widely used radar receivers.This article describes an hardware implementation of direct conversion quadrature radar recerver.The program uses the direct quadrature demodulator AD8347 of Analog Devices Inc as a receiver down-conversion mixer;uses the analog-to-digital converter AD7729 as the orthogonal dual-channel data logger,uses the XILINX company spartan3 family FPGA as the comprehensive controller and it will upload the collected dual-channel data to computer with USB bus for data processing.The system test in Through-Wall radar,by the actual hardware debugging,each functional module can be work well.It can be used as a common zero-IF radar receiver platform.
