摘    要:近年来四川餐饮业飞速发展,在全国餐饮市场上取得了令人瞩目的成就和地位。四川餐饮行业发展规模已超过了大多数内陆省区,其餐饮业投资和资产规模高于全国平均水平,民营餐饮企业已经全面主导市场,成为推动四川餐饮业发展的重要力量。但在其发展的背后还存在一些问题。全面系统地分析四川餐饮业存在的主要问题,可以对四川餐饮业发展战略研究提供准确的依据,对促进四川餐饮业更好更快发展有着积极的意义。

Abstract:In recent years, Sichuan has been well developed in catering industries and has achieved great success and high reputation in the domestic catering market. Sichuan leads other inland provinces in the development scale of catering industries and its investments and assets have risen above the national average. Private enterprises have dominated the market and have become the important strength, which impulses the development of Sichuan catering industries. There are still some problems left behind. Systematic analysis of these problems will provide more precise bases for the strategic development of Sichuan catering industries and is of great significance for further development in this field
