| 摘 要： | 探讨延长喷气织机异形筘使用寿命的方法.分析了喷气织机异形筘磨损的原因,主要有纬向缩率、边撑、车速等,提出延长喷气织机异形筘使用寿命的方法,主要有:锯筘方法、增加打纬线、保养到位、选用特殊筘齿、改变经位置线等.采取这些措施后,经测算,每年可为企业节约大量资金.

| Abstract: | Methods of prolonging service life of profiled reed of air-jet loom were discussed, reasons of abrasion profiled reed in air-jet loom were analyzed, the main reasons are weft shrinkage, temple, speed and so on. The methods for prolonging service life of profiled reed in air-jet loom were proposed . They are saw reed method, increasing beating line, increasing maintenance, choosing special reed dent, changing warp line and so on. After these measures, more funds will be saved for enterprises every year. |
