| 摘 要： | 本文为探索体育信息化水平的途径，加强体育信息化人才培养进行探讨。研究发现，用信息化提升体育教师的综合竞争力，是信息技术成为发展体育教学的重要动力，特别要重视人才作用，提高体育教师的信息化素质，使之掌握并应用先进的科技技能手段，共享国际体育信息和科技资源，是21世纪新型体育教育工作者的必然要求。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the ways to improve the sports informatization and strengthen the training of sports in-formatization talented people.Research shows that using informatization to improve PE teachers' comprehensive and competitive ability is the important motive force for the information technology to develop the PE teaching.Talented people should be stressed and PE teachers' informatization quality should also be improved so they can master and apply advanced scientific and technological skills and share the international sports information and scientific and technological resources.This is the inevitable demand for the PE teachers in the21st century. |
