摘    要:针对传统"四低一高"的管理思想与当前形势下节能减排的矛盾,提出了通过规整电解槽炉膛、降低过热度和提高电流密度等方式实现低电压管理思路,并通过在300kA大型电解槽上实践印证了低电压管理思路的节能效果和经济性。

Abstract:With regard to the conflict between the traditional managing idea of Four Lows and One Highand present energy saving and exhaust emission,this paper puts out the thought to realize low voltage management through standardizing the hearth of electro bath,decreasing over-heated temperature and improving current density,etc.The energy saving and economy in low voltage managing idea has achieved success from the practice on the 300kA electrolysis cell.
