南水北调中线惠南庄泵站工程膨胀混凝土性能研究

摘    要:本文介绍了南水北调中线惠南庄泵站工程膨胀混凝土的试验研究结果,该研究成果已成功应用于惠南庄泵站的施工中,取得了良好的抗裂防渗效果。由于采用二级配粗骨料和高效减水剂,水工膨胀混凝土胶材总量较低、膨胀剂掺量较高;为了降低混凝土绝热温升和预防碱骨料反应,一般掺加的粉煤灰较多。因此,水工膨胀混凝土在配合比设计方面有其显著的特点。

Abstract:The paper presents test results of expansive concrete used in the construction of Huinanzhuang pumping station, a key building of the middle route project for South-to-North Water Transfer. The research has been successfully applied with excellent effect on cracking and permeability resistance. There's notable characteristic about proportion design of hydro expansive concrete, such as lower total content of cementitious materials and higher dosage of expansive agent due to adoption of superplasticizer and two-graded coarse aggregate, and higher dosage of fly ash to decrease adiabatic temperature rise of mass concrete and to prevent AAR.
