| 摘 要： | 简介武钢氧气公司氧气生产状态以及存在的氧气放散率和氧气单耗高、氧气提取率偏低等问题。对降低空分设备运行能耗的相应措施进行理论分析,结合空分设备运行情况,从优化空压机操作、降低上塔压力、减少冷损和保证冷量平衡等方面采取相应措施,每年可创造较好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Here,the status of oxygen production of Oxygen Co.,Ltd.,Wuhan Iron and Steel Group is briefed and the problems in low release ratio,high unit consumption and somewhat low extraction ratio of oxygen are indicated.The corresponding countermeasures to decrease energy consumption of air separation plant are theoretically analyzed and the said countermeasures in optimizing operation of air compressor,lowering pressure of upper column,decreasing cooling loss and keeping balance of cooling energy taken as per the ... |
