陶瓷颗粒表面Fe涂层的获得及其应用

摘    要:研制了适合陶瓷颗粒表面涂层处理的化学气相沉积装置,并探索了氧化铝颗粒表面获得Fe涂层的工艺;所获得的Fe涂层可明显改善氧化铝颗粒与耐热钢液之间的湿润性;用铸渗法制备的该氧化铝颗粒/耐热钢基复合材料具有一定的铸渗层深度,组织致密,颗粒分布均匀.

Abstract:The chemical vapor deposition set to obtain coating on the surface of ceramic particles is designed, and the process of obtaining Fe coating on the surface of alumina particles is investigated. The wettability between alumina particles and heat- resistant steel liquid is remarkably improved by Fe coating, and the thickness of infiltration layer is increased during preparation of alumina particles/heat resistant resistant steel matrix composite by infiltration technology. The structures of the layer is dense and the particles in the layer are uniformly distributed.
