摘    要:考察了室温下AOT,正丁醇,正庚烷,水的四元微乳液体系的相图.在此微乳液体系中制备了Fe-Ni合金的前驱体,于适当的温度下热处理,在400℃形成了物相单一的FeNi3纳米合金.X射线电子衍射,能谱,透射电子显微镜等分析表明,此合金的组成为FeNi3,粒径小于25nm.质量磁化率测定表明,随着磁场强度的增加其质量磁化率增大.

Abstract:It was investigated that the phase map of quaternion microemulsion system on AOT/n-butanol/n-heptane/water at room temperature. A FeNi3 alloy nanoparticles was prepared by simultaneous reduction of FeSO4 and NiC12 with KBH4 in the microemulsion and characterized by XRD, TEM, EDS. The analysis of TEM image shows that the average diameter of FeNi3 nanoparticals is under 25nm. The measure of mass susceptibility has indicated that the mass susceptibility is increase with intensity of magnetic field. The precursor was heat-treated under different temperature; the results suggest that the fabrication of the purity alloys depends on the annealed temperature.
