摘    要:设计了一种太阳能电池测试系统。该系统利用短弧氙灯模拟AM1.5太阳光,通过采集模块在LabVIEW中得到初始,I-V特性曲线,同时获取即时温度、光谱响应等参数,再经MATLAB数值运算处理修正为标准条件下的,I-V特性曲线。较之传统的太阳能电池测试系统,该系统有更高的精度、自动化程度和可靠性。

Abstract:A testing system of solar cells module was proposed in the paper. The system simulated AMI.5 solar light by using Xe-light and obtained original I-V curve in the LabVIEW program through the DAQ module. In the meantime, the parameters of the instantaneous temperature, spectral response were also obtained and then corrected to the values in the standard testing condition by using Matlab numeric operation. Compared with traditional testing system of solar ceils, the testing system presented in the oaoer is with higher orecision, automation and re.liability
