摘    要:本文介绍了在华南理工大学研制成功的糖液直接制取晶种的方法——“溶剂-超声波协同起晶制种法”的机理、特点和糖厂生产应用情况。事实说明:与传统的球磨机磨粉制种法相比,这种新方法具有设施精巧、省电省时、操作简便等特点,更重要的是制出的晶核十分均匀整齐,数目稳定准确,晶面完整光洁;投种后生长过程很少产生伪晶,煮乙种或丙种几乎不用洗砂,所得产品在均匀度、闪光度、色值和浊度等质量指标以及结晶、分蜜过程效益方面都有较显著改善,并为煮糖连续化、自动化的实施奠定了基础。

The mechanism of nucleation by co-operation of solvents and ultrasonic wave-a real "seeding" method in sucrose solution

Abstract:In this paper the authors describe briefly a new method ofnucleation in sucrose solution by co-operation use of the alcoholical solventsand ultrasonic wave then its application in Shun-Deand Xing-Qiaocane sugarfactoriesinGuang-DongProvinceduring1989/90season. Comparing with the traditional seed-making method of grinding machine, this new nucleating way hasmanymeritssuch asthesmallandlight eguipment,high rateofnucleation, time andenengysavingeasyto operation,etc.The more important advantage is that the quality of the nuclei obtainedbythisnewmethodisveryfine-beautifulshape, very uniform size exact number of particles of the slurry. Further reports from two cane sugarfactoriesindicates thatafter this"real seeding"method is used during the fatch pan boiling process controled by man or DDSD_5computer system,the crystallization seem to easer and few"false grains"areobserved, the boiling time andsteamused are decreased and the quality of production is improved obviously
