超声辐射制备纳米镓/聚丙烯酸丁酯核壳复合粒子

摘    要:利用超声辐射效应、采用乳液聚合方法制备出纳米镓/聚丙烯酸丁酯核壳复合粒子,借助透射电镜表征了其微观结构。结果表明:纳米镓粒子被包裹在聚合物中,所形成的复合粒子呈圆形或椭圆形核壳结构,粒径在70~130nm;纳米镓粒子的加入量对乳液聚合物反应具有复杂影响。

Abstract:Ultrasound was introduced to prepare nano-Ga/PBA core-shell composite particles through emulsion polymerization. The rnicrostructures were characterized by TEM. The effect of content of metal particle on composite emulsion polymerization was researched. The results indicated that nanoparticales are encapsulated by polymer. The composite nonaparticles formed are spherical and elliptical, they have core-shell structure with size of about 70-130nm. The effect of content of metal particle on composite emulsion polymerization is complicated.
