| Abstract: | This paper introduces the management of the college financial affairs in the actual situation, pointing out the necessity of strengthening the management of funds. It aiso raises that the financiers' quality should be improved. The paper describes how to complete the college financial management systems so as to make the college financial management become regulation, systemabization and standardization and reach a new level. |
