基于灰色关联的针刺涤纶防水胎基工艺参数优化

摘    要:提出一种正交试验与灰色关联分析相结合的针刺涤纶防水胎基工艺参数优化方法。以正交试验为基础,获得针刺涤纶防水胎基的针刺密度、针刺深度、针刺面密度、上胶率等工艺参数对成型防水胎基材料的断裂强力、断裂伸长率、垂直渗透系数、热收缩率等性能影响数据;再通过灰色关联分析法对试验数据进行分析,首先进行单工艺目标优化,平均灰色关联系数最大值为最优水平,然后进行综合工艺目标优化,平均灰色关联度最大者为最优水平。优化工艺参数为针刺密度500刺/cm2、针刺深度8 mm、针刺面密度300 g/m2、上胶率200%。

Abstract:A method of optimizing process parameters of needling polyester waterproof membrance base by combining the orthogonal test with the grey correlation analysis was presented.By means of the orthogonal test, the data how the process parameters of the needling polyester waterproof membrane base, such as the needling density, the needling depth, the needling surface density and the gluing rate, affected the properties of molding waterproof membrane base materials, such as the tensile strength, the breaking elongation rate, the vertical permeability coefficient and the heat shrinkage rate, were obtained.And then the testing data were analyzed by the grey relational analysis method.First, the single process target optimization was done, and the maximum of the average grey correlation coefficient was optimal;second, integrated process target optimization was done, and the greatest gray correlation degree at average was best.The optimized process parameters were that the needling density was 500 stitch/cm2, the needling depth was 8 mm, the needling density of surface area was 300 g/m2 and the gluing rate was 200%.
